Do you want to prepare your body for a healthy and comfortable pregnancy? Are you trying and struggling to conceive? Are you dealing with morning sickness, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, or aches and pain in pregnancy? Join me for 1 hour to quiet to your mind and support your body during a reflexology session. I will use gentle pressure and massage on your feet to help your body achieve wellness and balance.
